FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping times may vary during new releases, holidays, or high-volume periods.
You can contact our support team by emailing Contact@sdga.com. Please include your name, order number if applicable, and a brief description of your question so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Every piece is made when you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be swapped, so we do not accept returns or size exchanges.
That puts the weight on getting your size right the first time. Every product page has a size chart with the garment measured flat. Lay a piece you already own next to it and match the chest width. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact us before you order and we will help you decide.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, that is on us. Send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will remake it and ship it free. Nothing to send back.
We recommend reviewing the size guide on each product page before placing your order. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit or sizing down for a more fitted athletic look.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout. You can use that link to follow your package’s progress. If you have not received tracking after your order has been processed, please contact Contact@sdga.com.
