Welcome to Soli Deo Gloria Athletica ("SDG," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Felice Investments LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Site"). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
2. Products & Descriptions
We attempt to describe and display our products, including apparel and accessories bearing original faith-based designs, as accurately as possible. Every item is custom printed and made to order — we do not hold pre-made stock. Colors, print placement, and fabric texture may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to monitor settings and the nature of print-on-demand production. See our Custom & Personalized Orders Policy for more detail. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in pricing or descriptions at any time.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping costs will be added at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of order. We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions; we do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, you will receive a full refund.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including the Soli Deo Gloria Athletica name, logo, artwork, graphics, photography, and original designs, is owned by or licensed to Felice Investments LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content or designs without our prior written consent.
6. User Conduct
When using the Site, you agree not to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe on the rights of others; (c) upload harmful code or interfere with the Site's operation; (d) misrepresent your identity; or (e) use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
7. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@sdg-a.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control.
9. Returns & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Felice Investments LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Felice Investments LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
