Digital Product Policy
Effective Date: July 12, 2026
This policy applies to any digital products sold through Soli Deo Gloria Athletica, such as downloadable artwork, wallpapers, printables, devotionals, or gift cards ("Digital Products"), in addition to our physical apparel.
1. Delivery
Digital Products are delivered electronically, typically via an instant download link or a link sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect email address.
2. License & Permitted Use
When you purchase a Digital Product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase, you may not:
Resell, redistribute, or share the Digital Product with others
Use the Digital Product for commercial purposes
Modify, remove, or claim authorship of the underlying artwork or design
Upload the file for others to download for free or for payment
All Digital Products remain the intellectual property of Felice Investments LLC (d/b/a Soli Deo Gloria Athletica) and are protected by copyright law.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
Because Digital Products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" once accessed, all sales of Digital Products are final, except in the following cases:
The file is corrupted, defective, or does not match its description
You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error
You did not receive the download link within 24 hours and our support team was unable to resolve delivery
In these cases, contact us at contact@sdg-a.com within 7 days of purchase, and we will provide a corrected file or a refund at our discretion.
4. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring your device can open and use the file format provided (for example, PDF or image files). We are not responsible for compatibility issues with your device or software.
5. Access & Re-Download
Download links may expire or be limited in the number of times they can be used. If you lose access to a Digital Product you purchased, contact us and we will do our best to help you re-download it.
6. Gift Cards
Digital gift cards are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Lost or stolen gift card codes cannot be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
