Return & Exchange Policy
Effective Date: July 12, 2026
Every item at Soli Deo Gloria Athletica is custom printed and made to order specifically for you — we do not hold ready-made stock. Because of this, our return policy works differently than a typical retailer's. Please read this policy carefully before ordering.
1. All Sales Are Final
Since each item is produced only after you order it, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
Ordering the wrong size (please check our size chart carefully before ordering)
Change of mind or no longer wanting the item
Minor variations in print color, placement, or fabric from what's shown on screen
All sales are final except in the specific cases described below.
2. When We Will Replace or Refund an Order
We will provide a free replacement or a full refund, at your choice, if:
Your item arrives damaged or defective
We printed or shipped the wrong design, size, or color
Your order was lost in transit and confirmed as such by the carrier
3. Reporting an Issue
Contact us at contact@sdg-a.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue (including the printed design, tag, and any damage). We'll review and get back to you with next steps. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible.
4. Return Shipping
If we ask you to send an item back for a defect, printing error, or wrong-item claim, we will cover the cost of return shipping. You will not be asked to pay for shipping when the issue is on our end.
5. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
6. Sizing Help
Because each garment is made to order, we don't offer standard size exchanges. Please review our size chart before purchasing, and feel free to email us at contact@sdg-a.com with questions about fit before you order — we're glad to help you choose the right size the first time
7. Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests can only be honored before your item enters production. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled. See our Custom & Personalized Orders Policy for details.
8. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and not eligible for return.
9. International Orders
The same made-to-order terms above apply to international orders. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by their country.
