RETURNS + SIZE EXCHANGES

Every SDGA garment is made to order. While we do not accept general returns, we want you in the right size. Each eligible garment includes one complimentary size exchange.

POLICY AT A GLANCE

ONE SIZE EXCHANGE
Each eligible garment may be exchanged once.

REQUEST WITHIN 14 DAYS
Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

UNWORN + UNWASHED
Returned garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

SIZE EXCHANGES

To qualify for a size exchange:

The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.

The garment must be free from stains, odors, deodorant marks, pet hair, damage, and visible signs of wear.

The exchange must be for another available size of the same product, design, and color.

Once your exchange is approved, SDGA will provide a prepaid return label. Your replacement will enter production after the original garment is received and approved. We will cover standard shipping for the replacement.

Each garment may only be exchanged once. Additional exchanges and refunds due to sizing are not available.

GENERAL RETURNS

Because every garment is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

Changing your mind
Choosing a different product or design
Ordering an incorrect size after using the complimentary exchange
Minor variations in garment tone, print placement, or on-screen color appearance

These natural variations are part of the made-to-order production process and are not considered defects.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs showing the garment, printed design, size tag, and issue. We will replace the affected item at no cost. If a replacement cannot be produced, we will issue a full refund.

This will not count as your complimentary size exchange.

Orders confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier will also be replaced or refunded.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Production begins shortly after an order is placed. Cancellation requests can only be honored before production begins.

If we cannot ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with updated information and any cancellation or refund options available to you.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

Gift cards are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
