Custom & Personalized Orders Policy

Every product sold by Soli Deo Gloria Athletica is custom printed and made to order. We do not keep finished, ready-to-ship inventory — each piece is produced specifically for you after you place your order. This policy explains what that means for you as a customer, in addition to our general Terms & Conditions and Return & Exchange Policy
1. What "Made to Order" Means
This applies to every item ordered from Soli Deo Gloria Athletica, including standard designs shown on our website as well as any order with personalized text, verses, or names added. Nothing ships from pre-made stock — production starts only once you place your order.
2. Production Time
Custom orders are not shipped from stock and require production time in addition to shipping time. Estimated production timelines will be shown at checkout or communicated after you order; please treat these as estimates, as production time can vary with order volume.
3. Proofs & Approval
For orders involving personalized text or custom placement, we may send a digital proof for your approval before production begins. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof for spelling, sizing, and placement. Once you approve a proof, production begins and changes can no longer be made.
4. Order Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate personalization details (names, verses, sizes, colors, etc.) at checkout. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer, though we will always do our best to make things right.
5. Cancellations
Custom orders may be canceled for a full refund only before production has started. Once an item enters production, it can no longer be canceled or modified, because the materials and labor have already been committed to your specific order.
6. Returns & Exchanges on Custom Items
Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, they are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except when:
The item arrives damaged or defective
The item does not match the approved proof or order details due to our error
In these cases, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@sdg-a.com with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
7. Natural Variation
Because many of our designs are custom-printed, slight variations in print color, placement, or fabric texture between individual items are normal and are not considered defects.
